Indigenous Business Development

Corporate Culcha works collaboratively with Indigenous communities to assess their business capability, identifying opportunities and potential strategic partnerships for business development within the local area and region.

We also prepare Indigenous employment and engagement strategies for our corporate clients, many of which are in the resource, infrastructure and construction industry, working on the fence-line or in the region of many remote and regional Aboriginal communities. Corporate Culcha's footprint in remote communities across NT, WA, SA and QLD, via our successful community training projects, provides an opportunity to deliver an extension to project and commercial capacity. Corporate Culcha's robust relationships with our industry partners and clients, coupled with our remote training capacity and our access to business development expertise can deliver sustainable Indigenous participation at the project level.

We assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to align with a community's potential business interests or expertise and to develop procurement strategies, governance processes, training, mentoring and support for their business. Our strategies identify business opportunities for local communities who can then develop their own long-term path to wealth creation - enabling prosperity on their land and in their local community.
