As a multinational organisation employing thousands of Australians, BP wants our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and overall approach to reconciliation to reflect the unique values of Australian society. We want to do more to ensure a fair go for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, and continue to lead where we can be most effective – as an authentic and responsible corporate citizen. We will work towards improvements that have mutual advantage and contribute to the real, independent growth of communities where we operate. We do this to support Australia’s prosperity and our own. We do this because it’s the right thing to do.
