A major focus of this year was continuation of delivery of the FaHCSIA Mentoring training and support services project to remotely located communities. Our project was recognised by being awarded Supply Nation's  'Supplier Diversity Partnership of the year - 2012' award.

This year we established our credentials in Research & Evaluation, combining our experience and skilled consultants to deliver projects for the NSW Department of Education and Communities and Qantas. Throughout the year we managed the delivery of 165 face-to-face Indigenous Cultural Awareness workshops to our existing clients, as well as new clients like Arrow, QLD TMR, Qantas, Visionstream, Westpac, and BHP.  By the end of 2012 we had also delivered, as part of the FaHCSIA project, 36 five-day mentoring training workshops across remote Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia and successfully supported 87% of those training participants to complete to accreditation stage.  The project also resulted in significantly improved retention rates of those CDEP staff.
