Completion of the FaHCSIA contract, provided the opportunity to pursue a long-planned idea to develop and deliver an engaging and innovative Indigenous Cultural Awareness eLearning experience to clients.

We also delivered over 130 face-to-face workshops to our existing clients, and added the likes of BP, Supply Nation, Skybridge, BHP and Coles to our list of cultural awareness and mentoring participants. By the end of 2013 we had signed up our first Aboriginal Cultural Awareness and Competency eLearning client when Commonwealth Bank integrated our eLearning program onto their LMS enabling all staff to access Indigenous cultural awareness training at their desktops.

Corporate Culcha also developed a tailored on line Cultural Diversity Orientation and Induction program for staff and visitors to the BHP Billiton mining interest, Cannington QLD.

During 2013 our team adapted and delivered a train-the-trainer program for the Digital Switchover (Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy).  Training was delivered to Local Community Contacts and Switchover Field Supervisors who would be operating in remote communities of the Northern Territory, Western Australia and the Torres Strait Islands.

A busy year 2013 also included the development of Toll Group's Reconciliation Action Plan and extensive consultations by our Indigenous Employment specialists with Pearls Mii Home and Wilson Security to develop their Indigenous Employment Strategies.
