Who we are

  • Corporate Culcha is an Indigenous-owned and operated company. Since commencing operations in 2008, Corporate Culcha has grown from a business focused on Indigenous workforce development to now providing a broader range of services and products.

We assist companies, government and organisations to successfully engage with and work with Indigenous Australia in urban, regional, rural and remote locations across Australia. At Corporate Culcha we work collaboratively with organisations to establish quality projects and programs which are culturally appropriate and complement an organisation’s business objectives.

    WHAT WE DO

Corporate Culcha has worked with many of Australia’s top corporations, state and federal government departments, educational institutions, organisations and industry in all around Australia.  Corporate Culcha’s products and services support these organisations to:

    • Build and develop sustainable Indigenous workforces
    • Create successful community engagement opportunities
    • Develop Indigenous cultural competency and awareness
    • Establish sustainable Indigenous employment programs
    • Undertake research and evaluation of Indigenous projects
    • Build mentoring capabilities

Our extensive suite of products and experienced Indigenous and non-Indigenous personnel supports the enhancement of organisational cultures to be more inclusive of and accessible to Indigenous people. We work collaboratively with our clients and can tailor packages to suit individual business needs.

Corporate Culcha is certified by Supply Nation (formerly the Australian Indigenous Minority Supplier Council).

Corporate Culcha is also a registered Reconciliation Australia Cultural Awareness Training provider.
